All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order and are delivered within 3 business days from the day you place your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We do not charge anything for shipping, whether the product is shipped within the country.
B. Domestic Transit, Processing, and Order Deadline:
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 days (Monday through Friday). Order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Central European Time (Paris). Processing time for domestic orders is 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
C. Delivery conditions:
We use USPS to deliver the product.
D. Change of delivery address:

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Damaged Packages in Transit:
