By placing an order through Lunchbox Store, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to countries domestic to United States.
1. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. RETURN PROCESS

. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR PROBLEMATIC PRODUCTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
To return your product, you must contact our carrier.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We will only exchange damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com.
5. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. 6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
