5. Order Confirmation: to be sure that your order has been registered you must reach this step. You will be presented with an order page that you can print. In addition, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation with the reference of your order. When your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can keep track of all your orders on Lunchbox Store. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping email containing your order number and tracking information. All you have to do is enter your order number (e.g. 3561) and email, or just your tracking number on our tracking platform. The tracking information will be available on our website shortly after the package has been shipped.

After placing an order on our online store, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service to request a cancellation or modification.

If your tracking number does not show any information, do not worry. Generally, tracking information is available 2 to 3 business days after the order is shipped. Our carrier is in charge of updating the tracking numbers.

For orders to European Union countries, you will not have to pay any customs or import fees.
For all other orders whose delivery address is outside the European Union, you may be liable for import taxes or customs fees. This amount is out of our control and these charges will have to be paid by the recipient of the package.
If you are ordering for a domicile in the French overseas departments and territories or another territory outside the European Union, we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office. This will inform you of the amount of taxes and avoid any unpleasant surprises.

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. To retract after your purchase, please contact our customer service and consult our Return Policy.
The product must be returned complete, including any accessories, and in a condition to be sold again. Any product that has already been used will not be accepted for return.
Returns must be sent to our logistics warehouse in New Mexico. The address will be communicated to you by our customer service. The return costs are at the customer’s expense.
We only pay for the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if you want a credit note.

For the sake of simplicity, we are not able to accept bank checks, cash on delivery or SEPA transfers.
